Marinade the cubed goat meat with the salt and curry powder.
Steam the goat meat until almost cooked. Drain and set aside.
In the blender, place the scotch bonnet peppers, a quarter of the diced onions, and 1/2lbs of the fresh tomatoes, and liquidise.
Heat oil in a pan and add liquidised scotch bonnet peppers, onions and fresh tomato mix, to sauté for a few minutes. Then add crushed garlic and ginger, and stir.
Add can of crushed tomatoes or fresh tomatoes, and bring to the boil for 5 minutes.
Reduce heat and add the drained water from steaming the curried goat.
Let cook for a few minutes and then add the salt, cayenne pepper, all-purpose seasoning, and other seasonings of choice, to taste.
After a few minutes, add the steamed goat meat to the stew and continue to cook for about 10 minutes.
