Wedding Coordinators

Once a couple has booked a wedding date and time, the information is given to the parish Wedding Coordinators. Our mandate is to follow Church procedures and help the couples with any information they may need in regards to the wedding ceremony. We set up the rehearsal, determine if the ceremony will be in the context or Mass or outside Mass, answer questions about readings and protocol. Rehearsals are usually done on Thursdays and Fridays between 5:00 and 7:00pm. The Coordinators ensure all guests, photographers and videographers are aware of simple rules during the ceremony.
